Purpose of denunciation
In Cathay, we always maintain the highest standards of ethical and legal behaviors in all activities. Therefore, the denunciation mechanism is implemented to fulfill the company's commitment to strengthening management and transparency, with the main goal of encouraging information about all actual violations or doubts about fraudulent acts related to the company's operation.
Fraud is defined as intentionally fraudulent, appropriating property of Cathay and/or customers in Cathay, or intentionally violating the provisions of law and/or internal regulations of the company.
Creation information can be done in Vietnamese or English, information denunciations in other languages will not be processed."-
Who can denounce?
- Cathay staff, customers and any third party can notify frauds or doubts about fraudulent acts in Cathay.
- The election mechanism is not used for slander purposes, intentionally smear others.

How to denounce
The denunciation can be done by:

Protect
The accuser is not required to provide information about himself. Cathay will secure all information about the denunciation to protect the denunciation in accordance with the law.
