Step 1: Access: check/payment/pay Cathaylife premium (payoo.vn)

Step 2: Enter Policy number => Click “Next”.

Step 3: Check “Policy Information”.

Step 4: Choose the payment that you want to pay =>Click “Next”.

Step 5: Input cellphone number.

Step 6: Select Payment source (Money source from Payoo Wallet/ Linked Bank Account/ Other money source) => Input information as request.

Step 7: Confirm “Transaction is successful”.

Step 1: Access Cathay Life's Merchant Online Portal.

Step 2: Enter Policy number => Click “Next”.

Step 3: Check “Policy Information” => At the payment method, select “ShopeePay”.

Step 3:

- In case of using a smartphone: Directly navigate to ShopeePay Wallet application.

- In case of using a computer: Use your smartphone to open the ShopeePay Wallet application and scan the QR code on the computer screen.

Step 5: Select Payment source (Money source from ShopeePay Wallet/ Linked Bank Account/ Other money source) => Check “Transaction Details” => Click “Confirm”.

Step 6: Confirm “Transaction is successful”.

Step 1: Log in to the Zalo Pay app => select "Insurance Fee."

Step 2: Choose the insurance name.

Step 3: Enter the Contract Number => Press "Continue."

Step 4: Select the payment period => verify customer information => Press "Pay."

Step 5: Choose the funding source => Press "Confirm Transaction."
